I have been in the UK since Dec 31st and the time has passed as if I only had 12 hour days. England is awesome now. I&#8217;ve had rough patches but overall, the culture is laid back in the Northwest. It&#8217;s almost like life has slowed down compared to when I was in the States. The time goes, but my heart has a slow rhythm. I haven&#8217;t been as anxious nor as impatient. My diet consists of Kebabs, fries, and more chips (fries)! So terrible for me but this is my way of enjoying my time here. </p> <p>I don&#8217;t miss driving at all. As everyone knows, I have to drive all over the world to do things in Texas but now I rely on trains, buses, and cabs. It&#8217;s pretty convenient for me anyway&#8230;especially when I&#8217;ve been drinking. Plus the cab drivers always give me good conversations and a free history lesson that&#8217;s better than a lecture at university.</p> <p>I have been terrible at blogging and I am tired of promising myself that I will get better. In the meantime I will post photos so you can see what I am doing. I don&#8217;t have the patience to type everything out.
